- I heard a great interview yesterday on NPR (talk of the nation) that discussed this topic. The interviewee noted that the head of the group responsible for the "inexcusable" breech of integrity was just two steps below the IRS Director- SO knowledge was at a very high level.

- If the actual verbiage is different then it's good to have it out in the open. I would be quick to note that verifying that the message is original and verifiable is important to the integrity of the report though.
